Following the success of the first two Churchlands Green auctions, ten prime single residential lots and two corner lots suited to duplex development will be auctioned on site on Saturday 4 August.
At a recent resident’s welcome breakfast, Sheryl Chaffer, WA Executive Director of the Housing Industry Association, presented Churchlands Green with their official GreenSmart accreditation.
