The Edith Cowan University’s Churchlands campus officially closed on 25 June 2008. Five lots facing onto Pearson Street have been set aside for a display village.
These homes are to be built to a very high specification and will showcase Churchlands Green’s high standards for sustainability. The first luxury apartments and townhouses at Churchlands Green will go on sale in September.
