Over 500 people attended the auction conducted by Time Conti on behalf of Edith Cowan University on the 10 March 2007.
There was strong interest in the development with 19 being sold, achieving an average price of $1,500 sqm. The Westcoast ECU AFC are now training under the lights recycled from the ECU Churchlands campus.
