The launch of stage 5 has been fast tracked at Churchlands Green to meet the continued demand for land in the Western Suburbs. The move was prompted by the sell out of almost all residential lots of the first four stages.
Churchlands Green project manager Graeme Finch believed the development had maintained its status during the tough economic climate in 2009, and was leading the way in the property market recovery.
“Some of the driving forces attracting buyers to the development are its established surrounds including many mature trees and the rare opportunity to build a brand new home within the Western Suburbs.”
The first release of 15 lots in stage 5A will be priced from $530,000 with lot size ranging from 306m2 to 525m2, some of the largest lots remaining in the development.
Mr Finch said a draw card of the development was the large public open space which has begun construction and is due to be completed in May 2010.
