Terms and Conditions

  • 10% Deposit (10% of purchase price) is required within 7 days of acceptance (cheque to be made out to TIME CONTI SHEFFIELD REBA TRUST A/C)
  • First unconditional offer received on a lot will be deemed as sold
  • All conditional offers will be presented
  • Titles are expected in November 2011 with settlement within 21 days of title being issued
  • Lots are to be sold at full advertised price and are not negotiable
