Churchlands Green Community and Environment

Extensive community consultation was carried out during the early design development, the outcomes of which are reflected in the final plan for the development of Churchlands Green.

Ongoing bulletins will be produced and distributed to keep the local community and interested groups in touch with the progress of the development. Click here for a copy of the latest Bulletin.

As its name suggests, Churchlands Green boasts an impressive array of mature trees. Following a detailed review by an arborculturalist, these have been tagged and numbered to ensure none are unnecessarily removed during the development of the estate.

Additional planting of appropriate trees will further enhance the environment, with complimentary native plants used as street trees and for areas of revegetation.

Special design requirements will also guarantee that Churchlands Green remains complementary to the adjoining neighbourhood –including fencing standards, setbacks, and orientation of dwellings to maximise security.
