Close consultation with the local community has been ongoing throughout the planning of Churchlands Green.
Underpinning its design guidelines, therefore, will be a commitment to integrate Churchlands Green into the surrounding residential areas – and to ensure it is clearly regarded as ‘part of the community’.
A variety of lots will be available, including single, duplex and multiresidential sites. Lot sizes will start at 247sqm and graduate to 2490 sqm.
